Abstract

Children from poor families are facing great challenges as they are growing up. Limited resources, low-level parents’ education, and environments have given impacts on how the families raise their children and prepare them for school. This research is to find out how a school readiness program initiated by Bimbel Ibu Bangsa for children of poor families at Kampung Gunung Sari can help them to get a quality education program and also to help parents implement effective parenting styles for the success of their children. A qualitative approach with a case-study model was used. The subject of this study consisted of 4 students out of the 16 students involved in the program. The data were collected by using participatory observations, home-visit notes, field notes, voice and visual recordings, and also by interviewing the parents and teachers. The validity of data was determined by triangulating and member-checking the data. The results of this research indicate that this program is quite able to be held with low budgets and will still be able to give quality education if the program is supported by the stakeholders in the community. The results also show that children and parents enrolled in this program gain many benefits shown by their adaptive parenting styles and children’s modified behaviours for the upcoming school readiness and overall better quality of life.

Abstract

Policy during the Adud in the past year 977 M. has managed to unite the tiny kingdoms that has emerged since the reign of the Buwayhid in Persia and Iraq. Religious orientation during the reign of Mu’iz al-Dawlah was participating by Shi’ah  Zaidiyyah. Another case with the reign of the ‘Izz al-Dawlah and ad}ud al-Dawlah participating Shi’ah Imamiyyah. While the relationship between the Buwayhid with ‘Abbasiyah dynasty is there are linkages between the two. Policy during the reign of the Seljuk dynasty is expanding its territory from Kasygar up to Yerussalem and from Constantinopel up to Kaspia ocean. Besides its religious orientation under the Seljuk dynasty is the Sunni Islam. While the relationship between the Buwayhid with Abbasiyah dynasty it is because of the factor similarity participating and relation marriage, so they have an emotional closeness and influence of Abbasid empire.

Abstract

Universities as autonomous educational institutions in the administration of education, made the development of this course will be submitted to the respective colleges. So that the implementation of the model of Islamic education among college one with the other universities are no exception can be different between the UB and the State University of Malang. Therefore in this study are the focus of research is; 1) how the Islamic education curriculum development at the UB and the State University of Malang; 2) how the learning system of Islamic education at the UB and the State University of Malang. This study uses qualitative approach, case study type with multi-site design, data analysis techniques in this study through the stages of data analysis of individual cases with the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and then draw a conclusion, after analysis of individual case data and then do the data analysis cross-site. These results indicate that the model of development of Islamic Religious Education conducted at UB and the State University of Malang is 1) the development of Islamic education curriculum using a competency-based curriculum, developed by learned center theme-based curriculum approach to social reconstruction. 2) learning system of Islamic education at both universities held in the classical cross-faculty and monitoring the deepening of learning outside the classroom with student active learning approach and contextual learning which leads to inquiry learning strategy. Generally that model of Islamic religious education at public universities can be categorized to a central model isolated entities / mechanisms and a decentralized model with interconnected entities / systemic organism.

Abstract

Education which applied in Indonesia influenced by many factors, for example: government political policy. Government policies ranging from colonial, pre independence day, post independence day until the new orde seemed to ignore Islamic education. This problem causing Islamic education institution have many weakness that have to find a solution. Islamic education institution lack of human resource, management, and fund. Muslims have not been able to optimally actualize Islam transformatively. Islamic education is less attractive to the public. This weakness can be solved due to the struggle of muslims and Islamic figure and the increase of government attention to Islamic education. Thus making various policies and regulations that bring Islamic education and Islamic education institutions increasingly play a role in the implementation of education in general in Indonesia. This can be seen from the number of recitation in hotels, the development of religious music, Muslim Television, Muslim newspaper and many young designer appeared to make a fashion trend in many national and international events.

Abstract

Mempertentangan Filsafat dengan Agama (Syariah) sama dengan mempertentangkan akal dengan wahyu sebagai sumber kebenaran. Diskursus tersebut memuncak ketika al-Ghazālī memberikan kritik tajam atas filsafat. Kritik tersebut dikritik oleh Ibn Rushd. Lebih dari itu, upaya rekonsiliasi filsafat dan Syariah diberikan oleh Ibn Rushd. Epistemologinya dibangun atas tiga hal, metode al-Khaṭabiyah (Retorika), metode al-Jadaliyyah (dialektika), dan metode al-Burhāniyyah (demonstratif) yang dilakukan dengan metode takwil. Dalam Bahasa uṣūl al-fiqh, Ibn Rushd menggunakan metode al-jam’ wa al-tawfīq. Akal dan wahyu diposisikannya secara proporsional. Akal dan wahyu sama-sama digunakan sebagai alat untuk menemukan pengetahuan tanpa mengunggulkan yang satu di atas yang lainnya.

Abstract

Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) sebagai makhluk sosial sepatutnya mendapatkan layanan pendidikan yang sebaik-baiknya, termasuk pendidikan agama. Perlakuan terhadap mereka dapat dipahami melalui model medis dan model sosial. Model medis memandang ABK  sebagai masalah sosial yang menghambat perkembangan masyarakat sehingga harus dipisahkan dari masyarakat. Model sosial menghendaki perlakuan ABK sebagai makhluk sosial yang harus diperlakukan sama karena punya hak yang sama dalam mendapatkan pendidikan. Begitu pula dengan teori Barat dan fithrah. Teori barat umumnya memandang pendidikan agama bgai mereka tidak perlu, karena agama adalah wilayah privasi. Berbeda dengan teori fithrah, ABK memiliki potensi keagamaan yang harus dikembangkan melalui pendidikan.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep taklif bagi penderita pubertas prekoks. Penelitian ini mendukung pendapat Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah, Muhammad Abu Zahrah dan Subhi Mahmasani yang mengatakan bahwa perubahan dalam hukum Islam biasa terjadi. Hukum Islam bisa berubah-ubah dengan berbedanya keadaan, tempat dan waktu. Sekaligus menolak pendapat Abid Muhammad as-Sufyani dan Muhammad Muslehuddin yang mengatakan bahwa hukum Islam tidak dapat berubah-ubah. Sumber yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan konsep taklif, dewasa dini dan perubahan-perubahan hukum dalam hukum Islam dengan menjadikan data primernya berupa kitab I’lam al-Muwaqi'in 'an Rabbil 'Alamin karangan Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan sosiologi hukum milik Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah yang mengatakan bahwa hukum bisa berubah-ubah dengan berubahnya keadaan, waktu dan tempat.
